Barbara Rosenberg is an Executive Assistant Dallas City Attorney serving as Appellate Coordinator. Her practice focuses on appellate law, prosecuting and defending appeals as well as advising and consulting with other City Attorneys on litigation issues with appellate ramifications. Appointed by the late Governor Ann Richards as a Justice on the Dallas Court of Appeals, she fought and defeated Judge Jack Hampton, a homophobe, to retain the office. Barbara has promised to tell about that experience. A breast cancer survivor and Democratic activist, Barbara is a member of the Board of Directors of THE DALLAS WAY!
