Outrageous Oral, Volume 29: Voices of LGBTQ+ Dallas

  • Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum 300 North Houston Street Dallas, TX, 75202 United States (map)

The Dallas Way presents our latest Outrageous Oral event, Voices of LGBTQ+ Dallas, as a special exhibition program for the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum's "Rise Up: Stonewall and the LGBTQ Rights Movement" on Wednesday, June 7. (Doors open at 6:00 p.m.; program begins at 7:00 p.m.)

Dallas is home to one of the largest LGBTQ+ communities in the United States. Dallas activists have worked to encourage visibility, build political engagement, and foster a thriving and welcoming social sphere. Join us to hear moderator Cordell Adams engage with LGBTQ trailblazers Naomi Green, Chris Luna, Candy Marcum, Leza Mesiah, and Lee Taft to discuss how they each carved a path forward in the fight for human rights.

Since this program is free, seating is limited and requires prior registration to attend. Please register today by clicking the below button:
